3.) Ticket System - Your Control Panel contains a Support Ticket System which you can use to request information, and get technical help. Our engineers answer these tickets in a timely manner.

 

4.) E-Mail - You can click the rotating icon at the top of every page to send an e-mail to our support staff. If your browser does not have a default mail handler, simply send an e-mail to support@jkdirect.net using your regular e-mail.

 

5.) Phone Support - In order for us to offer low discount prices, we have made our business almost completely automated.
