Installation Support

On-Line Help - Everything you need can be
found in your Control Panel. It is a very
comprehensive system which enables you to manage all
aspects of your account. Always try to find the
solution in the Control Panel. It is the fastest and
easiest way. 3.)
Ticket System - Your Control Panel contains a
Support Ticket System which you can use to request
information, and get technical help. Our engineers answer these tickets in a timely manner. 4.)
E-Mail - You can click the rotating icon at
the top of every page to send an e-mail to our
support staff. If your browser does not have a
default mail handler, simply send an e-mail to support@jkdirect.net
using your regular e-mail. 5.)
Phone Support - In order for us to offer low
discount prices, we have made our business almost completely
automated. You can buy hosting services, set up your
web site, create your e-mail accounts, change
passwords, and more, all without talking to a
person. Most automated hosting companies have no
